Our third-party online payment processor has updated its transaction fees, effective 5/7/2026. These fees are set and collected by the processor and are not retained by Chatsworth Water Works Commission. The following processing fees will apply to online payments:

Credit & Debit Card Payments

Processing fee: 2.25% of the total payment amount
Maximum payment amount: $5,000 per transaction

eCheck Payments

One-Time eCheck Payment

Processing fee: $0.75 per transaction
Maximum payment amount: $25,000 per transaction

AutoPay with eCheck

Processing fee: $0.50 per transaction
Maximum payment amount: $25,000 per transaction
