In January 2024, Chatsworth Water Works updated our billing software. Your monthly bill will have a new look and Chatsworth Water Works will have a new online payment system. You will be assigned a new account number and a new customer identification number (CID). Both numbers will be needed to pay online of by phone.
If you are a bank draft customer, your bank draft will be drafted out of your bank account on the ACTUAL DUE DATE beginning January 2024.
