If you are disconnected for non-payment, the Disconnect Charge will increase to $50.00 and the After Hours Reconnect Charge will increase to $100.00.

You must call our office to be reconnected after normal business hours.

After hours reconnect requests will only be accepted until 7:00pm. Any request after 7:00pm will be processed the next business day.
